"I could not say enough great things about this place!! The owner definitely puts a lot of time and love into this place. Us and our extended family stayed here for my son's TTU graduation. We had 12 people and this place was the perfect size. The teenagers loved the basement w/ pool and foozeball! Such a great place for them to have "their own space." Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy check in / out. Owner was easy to get in touch with. They were so nice to have the kitchen area decorated for us to have a TTU celebration! He loves this place so much and does an impeccable job with every detail. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens for everyone. The completely fenced in HUGE back yard was great for the dog to run around without fear of running off. If you need a place to stay in this area - THIS IS IT!!! We are so thankful that they share this place with others... such a beautiful place. "

"We were in town for my nephew's graduation from TTU. This property was perfectly located and was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The property and home are well taken care of and clean. Basics like coffee, snacks and water are left for renters; this was such a nice touch! Juan, the owner, kept in contact and always had quick replies; he was easy to communicate with. We will definitely keep this property in mind, should we ever visit again. "
