This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The people working there are very friendly & super accommodating. The manager went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartments are beautifully decorated & absolutely spotlessly clean! There is not one negative thing to say about this property. We liked it so much that we look forward to returning for a longer stay. Perfect in every way!

Stayed here for 5 days and it was pleasant aside from my belongings getting stolen by house keeping. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable, but I would advise putting away all your belongings before you leave for the day so nothing gets stolen. I mentioned my valuable item going missing from the room to management, but they didn’t seem too concerned about looking into it properly. I would think theft of your guests valuable items by house keeping would be taken seriously but that didn’t seem to be the case. It’s a shame this ended up being my experience because I was pleased with the stay at first, but stealing from your guests is unacceptable and inexcusable. I shouldn’t have to worry about my belongings going missing from the hotel room I paid good money to be in, and I was not happy with the way management handled the situation.

This was a very nicely furnished apartment. The air conditioning was great and we appreciated the well-appointed kitchen. Also of note is the laundry machine that was very helpful to have. Close proximity to groceries, dining and night life. We will be back again!

I would highly recommend these apartments to anybody visiting Lisbon. They are situated right on Rossio square so you are in the heart of everything and with the metro station close by, you can access any part of Lisbon you require. The apartments are large, clean and very well soundproofed so no noise from the square outside. The staff are exemplary and can not do enough for you. There is excellent communication before and during your stay, any queries are answered immediately and they provided us with some excellent choices for places to eat and places to visit during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was so clean and the location was amazing. The front desk was incredibly helpful and responsive! This location truly was everything - very walkable to sights, food, shopping - not to mention that right out the front door and through the very decorative arch was a beautiful plaza.

We loved location and design of our property . The rooms were perfectly decorated and made us have true Portuguese experience . There was common areas that were very nice to utilize , like a reading room . There was excellent communication with staff utilizing what’s app, so I highly recommend that app. I felt safe and even though location in busy area it was very quiet and peaceful stay . Air conditioning was flawless and the staff was so friendly . Mariana went above and beyond and I would stay again
