The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice but they have some minor mold issues in the showers, otherwise i would fine it five stars across the board. Have someone cut out the old caulking and recaulk. It's the only way to beat that mold once it gets deep in the corners.

I recently stayed at the Ramada hotel in Lisbon and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. With a metro station right in front of the hotel, getting around the city was incredibly easy and convenient. The simplicity of using the metro system really enhanced my overall experience in Lisbon. Additionally, the price of the hotel was excellent, especially when compared to other hotels in the historic district. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at the Ramada were also a standout feature of my stay. They were incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with valuable information about using the metro and even helping me schedule tours around the city. Their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and well taken care of during my time at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ramada hotel in Lisbon to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. The location, price, cleanliness, and exceptional staff truly set this hotel apart from the rest. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Horrible service, rude staff , spent so much money on room and not worth even $50 Shower , hair dryer, toilet, wasn’t working , when we called there lied several times that maintenance will be there took , 2 hours for them to come to fix it , delayed our plans by more then 2 hours , wasn’t taking our complaint, rude staff, strongly suggest, not to stay there

Property was very clean. We did not appreciate the bathroom shower: handle was loose and the water when you take shower the water was not draining the way suppose to do so we had to take shower with the water stucco on our feet. HVAC inside the room to noise.

The place is clean but can use some renovation. Air vents looks dusty inside and can use a good clean up. Metro is right across the building which is very convenient. Don't expect warm welcome or friendly check in from the staff as they only process things as business required.
