Property was beautifully decorated and recently renovated. Room was large. Bed was very comfortable. Turn down service with treats was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

We loved our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome with port and wine tasting and enjoyed the bartender’s recommendations. The room was well appointed and clean. Easily walkable to shops and sites but in a more authentic feeling neighborhood (not overrun with tourist shops).

Absolutely stunning hotel in a great area but I do not think we were given the room that I paid for. I paid for a classic room which and from what I can see , I got a 'comfort' room, which was a lot smaller. I am sure of this because one of the three rooms I booked was the classic, and it was a good 75 sf bigger than mine. So that was disappointing and I plan on taking it up with hotels.com. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous and if I had gotten the rooms I booked, I'd be a very happy camper.

The hotel is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient as you can walk to many nice red and tourist areas. The staff is very helpful and ensures you have everything to make your stay enjoyable. My only issue was when I was trying to extend my stay as the reservation department took a long time to respond .
