Terrific place right in the middle of the area with lots of stuff. Great walking area. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great although would be nice if they rotated and added a little more variety to the contents of the terrific buffet a little. After day four, good as it was, would have been nice to see something new. Definitely recommend the place and may go go back.

Desk staff were terrific! Very welcoming and informative. Properly is conveniently located to all major attractions. Very walkable area. Room was clean and balcony views were outstanding. Breakfast buffet had good variety and was a good value. Would certainly stay here again and would recommend to friends and family!

The hotel was really cute and in a great location. The staff we interacted with was great and we loved the breakfast! My one criticism would be the lack of convenient outlets. I can’t remember I was at a hotel that did not have USB ports and empty plugs. I had to remove the lamp from the outlet to use it for my phone by the bed.

Unbeatable location right by Rossio square, trains, metro, restaurants, shops and tourist places. Our food tour began right from Rossio square and we walked around the area, always happy that it wasn’t far to pop into our hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast especially omelette made to order and fresh fruit. This would be my first choice to stay if we return to Lisbon.

The hotel was in a convenient location just off of Rossio Square. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of food options to choose from. The staff were very helpful recommending restaurants nearby and helping us find things like local pottery and Portugal chocolates. Our room was clean but very very small. I thought for $400 CAD per night it would have a little bigger. The room did have a bar fridge and an espresso maker and kettle included which was great.

The hotel is very well located, with spacious rooms and a modern, stylish décor. However, the space could be better utilized — there isn’t much room to store luggage or keep personal belongings easily accessible. Despite this, the staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, offering great suggestions to make the stay enjoyable and to make the most of the time in the area.

Our room was on the outer wall above the pedestrian walk way. Very noisy at night! But it was super convenient to getting around the city and meeting up for tours. One major downside was access to bedside electrical outlets. Be prepared to get down on your hands and knees! Breakfast offered was good. Staff was very helpful.
