They have limited parking available and if you arrive late, the spaces will be taken. There is a parking garage nearby with similar rate. Be syre to get your ticket befire you exit. The beds were comfortable & the staff friendly. Some in our group at at the restaurant & said it was good but a bit pricey.

Doesn't look like it but it's a great hotel close to the metro which basically will bring you every where. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Excellent staff.

Booked a hotel close to the airport. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning took a while to kick in but once it did, it worked ok. The hotel is definitely outdated. Bathroom was very small. Staff were extremely friendly. We didn’t venture out at all since we got to the hotel very very late so can’t comment on area nor any of the hotel facilities.

Very well priced hotel close to the Roma metro station. The room was spacious, very clean with a large washroom. The reception attendant at the time of check-in had just a limited knowledge of English so her supervisor had to assist with the check-in. I would definitely stay there again.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable room. However the room we had was on the first floor overlooking the traffic lights on a very busy road so most of the night all you could hear was the cars honking and emergency vehicles with sirens. It was very noisy so we struggled to sleep. The hotel could also do with a bit of updating in parts

I was just staying overnight due to a layover but I was treated as if I was staying a week. The check in was smooth and every detail needed for my overnight stay was provided. I was also given a excellent recommendation to a local restaurant which I wouldn't have found otherwise. The following morning was a bit of a zoo with a tour leaving at the same time- I got got in the morning buffet rush but it was something to expect for such a popular hotel.

The staff were unfriendly. We did not get the room we reserved. Our room smelled like an old man's cologne, it overlooked the train tracks, and had all day sun. We gave it one night, Eww. I asked to change rooms, it was a big drama for the staff, but I stood firm and we got a room that didn't smell, except in the hallway, when our neighbors were smoking. The restaurant offered nothing good, breakfast was ok, coffee was terrible. The old bartender got upset when I asked for a glass of ice. On and on it went. If you want to see something or eat at a good place you will have to Uber or taxi. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I believe the hotel was very fairly priced. The property was clean and safe. I thought the front desk staff was fine, but I did not feel like a valued guest. Breakfast was very good for this level of hotel.
