I had a terrible experience at this hotel. While at the airport, I called several times to inquire about the airport shuttle service mentioned on their website. There was no answer. When I arrived at the hotel via taxi, I began to feel sick and needed room service. I was told that this service was not available. When I tried to use the WiFi, which is listed as an available amenity on their website, to order some soup online, it did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time of my stay at the hotel. When I tried to call the front desk, there was no response. I had to travel to the lower level to speak to someone. I asked about local options to order some soup and tea and I was told that they did not know of any options. The employee pointed to the vending machine as an option for food. The following morning, I asked for the possibility of a late check out and I was told no immediately. I would not recommend this hotel. They need to focus on their amenities, local recommendations, and customer service.
