I liked the location, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment right outside your door. The down side is that you can hear the outside noise until 1 in the morning or past and it’s hard to rest.

Fabulous location! Beautiful hotel with amazing architecture. Our room was large with large bathroom as well. The breakfast room is stunning with lots of options. The staff at the hotel were really nice. This hotel has the best location to walk everywhere! Thank you Patricia for getting us in our room early and for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great neighbourhood and can easily walk around Lisbon. The breakfast is really good and hotel is overall good value. There were issues with tv, bathroom door, and smell that reduces rating by a few points. Otherwise, staff and location are amazing.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast room needs the A/C on, it was too hot to sit in there, and the smell in there wasn’t pleasant but I assume nothing they can do about that. Nice place in the center of everything. I would stay again for sure.

Underwhelming
Other than its location, which was touristy (if you are wanting that) and easily walkable, it was subpar. Room did not look anything like the pictures. The hotel staff were indifferent and not very friendly. There were no hellos or goodbyes or even acknowledgment, unless you approach them. The lobby had a very awful sewage odor. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Basically it was just a room with a bed and a bathroom.

Beautiful hotel in a great, safe location. Our room was large and spacious with 2 sets of French doors with a gorgeous view of the street & square in front of the hotel. The square had performers singing or playing music from about 10am until midnight every day. I enjoyed it during the day but wish it stopped earlier, especially when needing to be up early for a flight. Closing windows didn’t help. It is extremely loud. Only other negative was the AC did not work well.
