Ideal location, just 20 minutes to Lisbon Airport and a 2 minute walk to supermarket Lidl which is very convenient for food shopping as the hotel has no food service. Hotel condition is average and room cleanliness is good. Breakfast is free and has a variety of options that are continuously refilled. Very good option for tourists looking for a decent hotel within a short distance to the airport and also in a good area. Staff members are very friendly and helpful, all English speaking which makes communication easier.

The staff that were on when we arrived were very helpful. They gave us glass glasses to take to our room and ordered us a pizza. The staff on the next day wouldn’t give us glasses (we returned the ones we had in the morning). When asked where we could buy some and her response was “I dunno”. It was nice to know there was an ice machine, however, we couldn’t get more than 6 cubes out of it over two days. Rather disappointed with Holiday Inn!

The breakfast should change every few days because an extended stay offers no variety. There should have a variety of egg options,home fries, waffles, another pancake machine or freshly made ones. Coffee & tea should be available 24 hours.
