Clean and well situated apartment
The place was nice and clean and located in a central location. The only issues were the shower is a little awkward and leaks to the rest of the bathroom and the dishwasher was not working. Also the washing machine took a long time to do a small load of clothes.

Superb place for bigger groups in great area
Lovely stay for 5 days at City Stays Balem with family if 5 adults. Apartment had all the necessities and was in a quiet area (with supermarket nearby) and walking distance to Balem Waterfront. Best of all, communication with the ‘host’ was easy by WhatsApp and they managed to support immediately.

O apartamento é bem claro e arejado. Tudo novo e com utensilios que ajudam numa estadia mais longa. Porém ao akugar preste atenção que pode pegar no terceiro andar como foi nosso caso numa viagem longa com muitas malas... e se tiver uma pessoa com dificuldades de locomoção sem chance. E nosso pedido foi paea 4 pessoas . Tem uma cama de casal e um sofá cama bem desconfortável , duro e não deixaram lençóis suficientes. Passamos duas noites bem difíceis ... lembrar os anfitriões deixar lençóis. Recomendo para familia pequena.

Parfait en famille
Sejour de 3 nuits en famille à lisbonne. Tres bien, quartier tres calme et propre. Possiblite de stationner son vehicule tout proche gratuitement. Climatisation au top ! Grand appartement agreable. Salle de bain un peu trop petite. Cuisine pratique. Il faudrait rajouter quelques ustensiles. Comme il est excentré, voiture nécessaire mais possibilite de prendre uber.
