I had a wonderful 3 night stay a few weeks ago Highly recommend this hotel Breakfast was delicious with many beverage and food options Lots of fresh baked pastries also Coffee, tea, cake, cookies and fruit are available 24 hours in the breakfast room The room was spacious and modern The hotel is small but has many nice touches A very central location, a short walk to everything All the staff were friendly but I must say something about Ian, one of the front desk staff members. This young man helped me immensely throughout my stay there I had booked some activities before arriving and a very jet lagged, non tech me struggled to contact and confirm some of the activities as my number had changed Ian called ,emailed, made many helpful suggestions and generally helped just made my first few days in Lisbon a wonderful experience Thank you Ian:)

The hotel was in an excellent location and the rooms were nice, clean and a good size. Due to the age of the hotel the noise from the people staying above was a little loud, as was the noise from the street at times. The breakfast was very good and the cook very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is small but quite unique in design and free breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious with nice hardwood floors. The one challenge is the very steep road and walk to and from hotel, assuming you have luggage. Only cabs can have access to front door access which were used. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be near Lisbon old town sites.

BICA FLH review

Our room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable, with a lovely view and excellent air conditioning. It was always cleaned immaculately as well. Every member of staff is incredibly polite and accommodating. The breakfasts always had a good selection and fresh food. The outdoor seating area was also lovely. Overall a lovely boutique hotel for a cheap price in a great location, within walking distance of most attractions.

Adorable hotel in an old Lisbon building that has been modernized while maintaining its historic charm. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were nice, the breakfast was just what we needed, and there’s a nice little terrace. It’s in walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and sites. Great value! Would definitely stay again!

Had an amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location. Easy to get everywhere and easy access to the metro/trams. Had excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is fantastic as well! Only thing is if you have a room facing the street it can get very loud at night.
