Good and efficient
The apartment was not big not small with 2 rooms, kitchen, the host Gile is very friendly and waited for us when we arrived at 12 at night, he made a map of lisbon with all the touristic sites, I recommend him and his place

Great little flat, great location
Well maintaoned flat with everything you need - we found the washing machine very useful. Gile was a great host welcoming us late in yhe evening and providing useful local info. Lovely quieter district away from the hubbub of the centre but with easy tram and bus access. Highly recommended.

Well worth the price!
This apartment was clean and well equipped! It was compact but included everything we needed. Shopping and all amenities within walking distance but be prepared to walk hills and on cobblestones! Our host was easy to contact and responded promptly to any questions!

Great little flat
Perfect for a small group (it was just the 2 of us but im sure 3 would work if 2 shared a bed). Lots of shops nearby, just a 15 minute walk down the hill to the train station (although it is then a walk uphill at the end of the day, beware), well enough equipped kitchen, just a great find!!

Short term, Ok; long term, not so much
The unit was exactly as described and seen in the photos. And I'm sure it would be OK for a week, But we were there for a month. Some issues: Everything is uphill from here. There is no place to work.(except for the next 2 below) The couch is very uncomfortable. The high chairs are extremally hard and at least one is broken. There is a terrible sewer smell every couple of hours. There is no place to store dry food, like cereal or bread, it is all used up by appliances. The shower wand dangles from the wall. Like I said, these can easily be overlooked if you are only there a short time, But a month was tough. The manager, Lidipana was as nice as could be and gave us a free cleaning after 2 weeks. I have stayed in more expensive and less expensive places. This was a bit painful. Needs some TLC.

Great transitional neighbourhood.
Gile was great with communication throughout. We really appreciated the early check-in after a many flight journey! The apartment is between Campe de Ourique and Campolide and is a a wonderful mix of young, old, working and transformed homes and people. We were a little bit confused by the combination of photos from the two apartments and as non-smokers were not prepared for the smoke smell but after airing this was much improved. We really loved feeling a part of the neighbourhood and think the great location made our visit all the more local and fun. Thank you!

Great place in Lisbon.
Very clean and comfortable. WiFi and good water pressure. Can be tricky finding, a taxi dropped us off in wrong place. Next ride back, Uber was good. We walked from apartment to the river, quite a walk but downhill all the way. Great communication from property manager. Thank you!!

cozy apartment in quiet area
Gile's apartment is very nice! It is small but spotless and very comfortable. Water pressure was great--just be careful that you don't hit the handle in the shower or you could get a cold blast! Gile met us at the agreed upon time and had some map and transportation info. If you have access to a map/GPS app in Portugal, I suggest you bring it. We found the writing on all maps we could find to be tiny and nearly impossible to read. There is a bus stop right around the corner but we never figured out where it would take us, so we used the subway stop about 15 min walk away. Lisbon is as hilly as promised and it took us a day or so to get our bearings, but the apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood; we never felt intimidated coming back in the evening, even with our 13-year old. It is on the flight path and although we were never bothered by the planes (we stayed in the bedroom closest to the kitchen) our daughter says she found them to be loud at night. All in all, we had a very nice time and found the apartment to be a welcome respite after longs days of hill walking and biking.

Comfortable with good facilities
Good space for a couple or family - perhaps a little small for 4 adults. Interesting, 'proper' neighbourhood - away from tourists, but facilities are close by, including a market. The market transforms at night into a lively place to eat and drink. If staying here, definitely check it out. Transport links to central Lisbon are good (the historic 28 tram and a night bus which was quick to get us home in the late evening - but the stop is a 5 to 10 min walk away (which was fine for me, but I suppose some might find it inconvenient). The bed was comfortable. The bathroom very good. The kitchen/diner/lounge area was perfectly fine. The property is in good condition. The person who handed over was very friendly and helpful. It was one of the better places I have stayed at of this type. There is always a but. This one may bother you or it may not. It didn't bother us that very much. It is on the flight path of the planes coming into land at Lisbon airport. They are still quite high up , and the planes didn't seem to land during the night, but they might wake you up if you were planning on a lie-in. As I said, it didn't worry us. Overall, this apartment can be recommended.
