clean but needs maintenance
Room was very clean. The bathroom fan did not work and the shower curtain was so short the liner kept going outside the tub and the water ran all over the floor. That just made the whole bathroom steamy and not pleasant

I arrived 30 minutes to my check in time (starts at 3 PM) and they had me wait another 30 minutes for my check in till 4 PM. Mind you this is a property that has their check out at 11 AM. So in four hours, they were unable to clean rooms for the coming guests given that I did not see a high number of guests. In addition, two more stepped in while I was waiting and they were handed keys to their rooms immediately. I have a hunch about the reason behind the poor customer service but anyway … you get what you pay for.

Accidentally left my coat in the closet. Called the next day to see if it had been found. I was assured that the cleaning staff had been through and didn't find it. I'd like to give the cleaning staff the benefit of the doubt, but when the front desk tells me the cleaning crew checks all the spaces and doesn't offer to go look for themselves, I'm left to assume it was stolen. Highly disappointed.

I booked and paid for two beds several weeks in advanced. I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 pm and checked in. When I entered the room there was only one bed. I went to the desk to let them know I was given the wrong room they replied with “that’s the only room available” over and over like I was talking to a recording or robot. I’m not upset with the desk person or the staff, what are they suppose to do? The property is clearly mismanaged and fraudulent if they’re taking bookings and not giving customers what they booked and paid for. The parking lot is also not large enough to house cars from the hotel.

I arrived around 5 pm. Check in took less than 3 minutes as I had prepaid. The room was clean and quiet. It was also more spacious than I had expected. I would stay here time and time again.
