Our experience was horrible. The first night we went to bed around 11 pm and found our bed wet. I thought to myself perhaps since we went swimming it was one of my daughters that left it damp. In the Am I still was not convinced and lifted up the blankets, it was a light yellow outline of someone who had peed there!!! It was not us !! I went to the office and the owner was not helpful what so ever. No compensation. She only said I can give you a fresh set of sheets. Plus the toilet was leaking. When I checked out about 30 mins later I missed a call from them saying I forgot clothing which wasn't mine. I have no idea their cleaning room procedures but now I know I have to lift up bedding completely anywhere I go . This was and is not ok!

Horrible place! Not worth 212.00 per night!
Absolutely horrible place! The pictures don't even come close to how that place looks ran down. It's not updated. Our door only had the bottom lock the top lock was painted so you couldn't use the top lock. People were supposed to be quiet after 10:00 the office was closed and nobody was quiet. There were two fights. The next morning there were children running all over the parking lot almost getting hit by said cars. The stairs leading up to my room we're broken and very spongy like rotten ply wood. The screens and all the windows were not there. There was no air conditioning. There was no coffee pot. The dishes that they had there look like they hadn't been cleaned. Went the next night into the hot tub that was so loud I couldn't even have a conversation with my friend. The Jets were not working right. Went and complain to the owner who barely spoke English. Don't think she understood the seriousness of the stairs being a hazard. I also don't think that she understood the seriousness of the Jets sucking the water into the Jets rather than pushing it out. I will never stay there again! for the amount of money that I spent at this facility I could have went to somewhere else!

Floors were dirty throughout. Bathroom was not clean. There was sand and hair in the tub, which was very old and cracked. There was a lot of mold and mildew in the bathroom. The shower curtain was gross too. Everything about the room was very outdated which would be fine if they cleaned well, but they didn’t. My allergies got horrible staying in that room and ruined my trip a little. We will not be staying here again. My in laws stayed here as well in a different room that did have an updated bathroom, but a couch cushion was soaked through with pee and you could smell it as soon as you walked in their room. I don’t know how that got missed.

All About the Ocean View!
It’s all about the gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean and beach! Comfortable beds and spacious room. Great location, beachfront, restaurants nearby. Having an actual key for the door was another really cool feature! The hot tub was a nice place to enjoy the sunset.

Room with a view
Seahorse is an older hotel that has been remodeled and is a great place to stay. Location is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the little niceties that you would hope they had were all their in place like a place to rinse your feet after being on the beach. The bed was very comfortable, and the view of the ocean was amazing.

I hated this place. The “partial ocean view” was a joke. The windows are so old and dirty due to the climate and location you couldn’t see. Lamps were a joke. Bathroom is in desperate need of updating due to the faucets almost falling off. Total hotel needs revamp but location is great.

We frequently visit Lincoln city. Love the seahorse hotel as it never disappoints and has excellent service with consistently clean rooms. Thank you Ladies and gentlemen for the retreat.. I personally really needed it.

This place is a dump! Stains on carpet. Sheets on bed terrible, pink mold on shower curtain, I went to open cupboard under bathroom sink and door just came off, dirty around edges of wall, curtain broke just hanging there, gross stuff in window sill, bedroom door had been kicked in and they just put puffy on it and left it that way. The hot tub was missing tiles and needed fixed. They had no evacuation route on the door! This place needs a total remodel!!! I felt like I had ene Jeeves while staying there! Not clean!

Lincoln City is a tourist town. People are going to rent a room here because its "on the beach". If your looking for a place to shower and lay your head down then its a great place. I just want people to know what their money is getting them. Just a place to sleep and a shower. If you want ANYTHING else then look somewhere else. Carpets are disgusting. Windows are so filthy you can barely see the beach from your 'Room With A View". No AC, typical for PNW but windows only open about 3 inches for air. Again, convenient location but do not have any expectations or you will be sorely disapointed.
