This is not my first time staying at this property... i feel that my other stays were a little better.. i had issues with somethings malfunctioning in the room, and the reception staff got on it to fix the issues... the breakfast is always good.. and the staff that serve you like phillipe and ricardo...were great going above and beyond to help us and to make our stay better.. i will be staying here again in the future...

The hotel is very well located, walkable distance to shops, restaurants etc. Spacious room with a great view, super comfortable bed, great water pressure, soaking tub, very clean, fantastic service and to top it all, the breakfast was delicious! Super recommend 10/10 . I travel for business and have definitely found the hotel that I will stay at every time I go to Lima.

Issue Final Day Lowered Its Rating

Hotel is a good facility. Food in restaurant and service very good for a hotel. Last day I arranged for a Transport to the airport. They said the driver was outside. It was raining I asked for umbrella, they said they did not have any when they had loaned me one the day before ??? They (hotel personnel and the driver outside) played games for over 10 minutes telling me the driver was moving his car into position when it was right outside. The driver outside was calling someone else to pick me up, I have no reason why this was going on and the lies by hotel personnel, this was August 24 at 4am. DO NOT USE THE HOTEL TRANSPORT SYSTEM ! UNRELIABLE AND 3 TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN A REGULAR TAXI FOR ALL SERVICES. Use UBER, reliable and drivers a better.

First time in Peru. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and we weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel is very nice , quiet and always felt safe. Breakfast was very good as well.
