What I didn't like is when we got into the shower the water was cool and we expected hot water other than that the family of Dona Julia was very hospitable and went out of their way to please. We asked for hot chocolate and he went out of his way to fulfill our request. Very nice.
I picked this lodging only because it's in the airport area and it claims to offer free airport shuttle service. and yes, it's cheap. But on our arrival, we had to call over and over and with proof that free airport shuttle service is included. Because they told us there was no free shuttle service. The van finally came. I wasn't able to find a working seatbelt on my seat. Another disappointment was the environment. It was right in the middle of a very busy suburban area. The noise on the street was so much that we couldn't stand staying in our room. Plus, the building is shared with the owner/manager's family, with unsealed walls. We had baby / toddlers cries all evening. Since "free shuttle service" was such a huge hassle, we just called our own taxi when we left.
It served our purpose. Host family was friendly and we got some much needed rest before our ride to airport. Earplugs needed. Also must pay in cash for hotel and airport shuttle, in either USD or Soles Peruanos.

This is not a hotel!! Just some girl trying to make an extra buck in her families home. I called 2 days before reservation and set airport pick up time, which I paid extra for. Landed at the airport just after 11pm and no one was there to pick us up after waiting an hour. Paid for a taxi to bring us there, the building was all locked up and lights were off. It was not a safe neighborhood and it is not a hotel or a hostel, just an apartment with an extra room. After banging on the shutters the girl woke up and said they gave our room to their family. She made her dad drive us around looking for another hotel with an open room. Finally around 2am they left us in a love shack. Only positive was her dad was nice and showed up at 5:30am to get us back to the airport with plenty of time for our flight.
Erica, Julia and Julio were kind and attentive hosts. Erica speaks English very well and gave me a tour around Lima. The room was clean and I was provided warm blankets (winter). They provided a breakfast of coffee, olives, fried plantains and bread. I felt secure and taken care of.

The property is really close to the airport and the owner is really helpful and attentive.
The place is just too be closer to the airport. A simple room, a home turned hotel. The neighborhood is not so nice. I had the bad luck of overcharging the electric circuits by taking a bath, the breakers went down, it was 4 am, I had to get ready in the dark. Later the owner took me to the airport as we had arrange.
The family who owns this hostel is so kind and spent the day driving us around Lima showing us everything. Price is low, it’s a hostel, they are almost all the same but this family has that little extra touch of warmth.
Property is near airport, 3 min drive. There are local restaurants near by with excellent food. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The owner is also a taxi driver which is very convenient. Rooms are not air conditioning, only a fan which did the job. Wifi signal is weak due to concrete walls blocking signal. Overall, I had a good stay. I would recommend this hostel.
Very nice family, they make sure your comfortable. Location was noisy and it’s a live and work place but over all I had a good experience. 5 minutes walk to the airport
