Horrible experience! The first night was in a room that did not smell good, like an old musty hotel. Also, we discovered the next day that the room was infested with ants that ruined my wife's birthday cake. We were moved to another room in which the air conditioning did not work and it was 90 degrees that day! We asked to cancel the 3rd night of our stay and was told that would not be a problem, however, management refuses to refund the final night of our stay....we were lied to by the hotel!

All around a horrible place to go. Couldn't even get 3 extra wash cloths and towels. I had 5 people in my group and only had 2 wash cloths and 2 towels...had an event to go to and wanted a shower before going, after traveling 7 hours to the hotel. It appeared to have poop on the wall and blood on the sheets.... absolute worst hotel I've ever been too. Do not recommend.

This was my second recent visit to this particular hotel because they provide everything I might need and I like the location near Hamburg. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. My only request is the bathtub faucet and drain in room 418 be repaired. The faucet is about to fall out of the wall and the drain plug is sitting outside the drain.

Stay overall was good. AC unit cover in room was barely hanging on but caused no issues. Pull out bed was very bad and angled down causing us to sleep poorly. Pool was fun. Breakfast was good even later in its availability. Would stay again.

Room had a wet dog smell, a/c did not cool entire room. Bathroom door was so uneven it wouldn’t latch, hair dryer was pulled off of wall. Door going into living room portion wouldn’t stay closed. Fold out bed hadn’t been cleaned in a while, it had food stuck under mattress when folded out. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good, but as far as the room it was dirty.

The room couldve been cleaner the carpet was stained, the curtains were stained the room just had a damp feel to it it couldve felt cleaner but the sheets were clean the bed was comfortable, the refrigerator didnt work in my room. But i suppose there couldve been worse places to stay

Great place to stay in the Lexington area. We stayed in a multiple bed suite and it would have been nice for there to be floating shelves or narrow side tables on the outside edge of the beds. I had no place to put my phone, water bottle or glasses at night. I had to put them far across the room. Also every single outlet in the room we were in was loose. The plugs would fall right out. The electrical plan for the room really needs to be updated to match 21st century lifestyles.
