The hotel and room was very clean and well kept, but our room had a strong odor of stale smoke when entering. After being in the room for a while the smell seemed to disappear as we became used to it. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really delicious with variety of cereals, fresh yogurt and toppings, pancakes, eggs, biscuits with jelly butter and honey, sausage, and gravy. The lady in the dining area was extremely nice and kept everything wiped clean and filled with fresh foods. Wonderful stay if only no odor in the room!

I’d stay longer
We just needed a room for a stop overnight on a road trip. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Room was nice and big and the AC was great!

Our stay at Best Western Lexington Inn was good. The front desk staff was very pleasant upon our arrival. The bed was very comfortable. There were stains on the ceiling and the bathroom was rather small; however, we were tired from traveling and all that really mattered was a nice, clean bed to sleep on.

When we arrived we were greeted by an extremely pleasant and friendly person at the desk. She was very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I have two negatives. Better pillows would be a plus and the bathroom was very, very tiny. In order to close the door you had to squeeze between the vanity and the toilet and I am small person.

The staff at the hotel were all very kind and caring and were willing to engage in conversation which for me was a blessing having travelled solo and from overseas. The breakfast was delicious and the added service of having coffee available all day was appreciated.

Overall a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and seemed updated. The bathrooms were a little small and we skipped the continental breakfast. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast each day had a lot of offerings and the lady who handled the breakfast service was extremely nice. Room was cleaned whenever we left the tag on the door. Only issue was that the key card had to be reprogrammed at the front desk almost every time we tried to access our room. Frustrating when it’s late at night and you have to go back to the front desk. Otherwise, would recommend.

Nice hotel for the price but needs some adjustment
Nice hotel, room was fine but the window unit did not keep our room comfortable at all. When we walked in it was turned off and hot. I turned it on and when we came back several hours later it was freezing. Overnight it got really stuffy and humid and we woke up several times in a sweat. The water from the sink smelled like sulphur and my daughter said she saw a gnat fly out of the sink drain twice. I let the front desk know about this at checkout. Breakfast was good and the brunette with glasses that was handling it was awesome!
