Beautifully renovated third floor condominium in Ocean House with awesome views of Lewes Beach! The owners have updated this unit to include a brand new open kitchen and living space as well as two bedrooms and an entirely new full bathroom. This home away from home is fully stocked and ready for your stay.

The Ocean House is the ideal location for your vacation with an elevator in the building, laundry facilities on each floor, off-street parking all within walking distance of town and the beach.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age..

Renovated kitchen, bath. Nice Furniture needs updating Sofa bed was hard and small. Need l shaped sofa to capture ocean view. The twin bed gave med hip spasms . I couldn’t turn well without the spasms from old poor mattress with a topper. I was home in my bed one night and no spasms. ‼ Need med firm twin . Cleaning company did surface cleaning. Paper in corner and dust in bathroom corner. Rugs were loose with no mat underneath. Balcony furniture. Adirondack chairs hurt the muscles strained from the bed. Need new sofa and bed mattresses. Underlays under rug . Plastic chairs in dinette were uncomfortable. It looked pretty and felt uncomfortable. Kitchen was nice . View fantastic. I’m being honest and not a critical person. Can’t stay there dilute to mattress. Would need a blowup bed. So a physical muscle problem hurt or diminished my stay. Cleaners need to make it spotless. Didn’t take photos.

Celebrating Semi Retirement at the Beach

Condo is beautiful. It has absolute gorgeous views . Beach was serene. Delicious lunch at the Pig and Publican. Dinner at Irish Eyes..beautiful views. Spent a day in Rehoboth walking boardwalk. We had a great time!

Best Location in Lewes

I cant rave enough about how amazing our stay was this past summer! This was our first beach trip with my two young sons and could not have found a better place. The location was perfect for young kids (3yr old and 1yr old) that cant walk far and the convenience of being able to hop back for snacks and potty breaks with kids was amazing. Also the unit was beautiful and clean and just everything you could ask for in a home away from home. The management company was friendly and our stay went through without a single hickup. Additionally we met people in the building who were so nice and gave great recommendations for our stay. Do not pass up on staying here, we will be coming back as much as possible!
