You can't help but smile when you walk into this cheerful, up-beat home. The décor is bright and whimsical. The vibe screams "let's be happy and have some fun"! Explore the upstairs loft to discover a spacious master bedroom and sitting area, where you can look out 4 huge windows to see the sun rise above the trees, hear the birds sing each morning and be entertained by the squirrels playing in the yard. The bedroom overlooks the awesome backyard, where you can relax on the 2 person swing , serve breakfast at the picnic table or play a game of cornhole. There are so many outdoor games to choose from, you will never be bored. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are a decent size and the beds are so comfy.

At the Delaware beaches, visitors find a family-friendly, wholesome sort of charm that keeps them coming back for years to come. At the Delaware beaches, life’s cares somehow seem to melt, the moment you smell the ocean breeze.

Guest access
You will have exclusive full-access to the entire home and property. Private backyard and large front deck.
Exception: 3 closets in the house and 2 outdoor sheds remain locked.
Free on-site parking and amenities are within walking distance.
Other things to note
Upon arrival a tenant document must be filled in per HOA rules.
