This large wooden house, located in the very typical Landes village of Lévignacq, is pleasant in both summer and winter.
In summer, its proximity to the two seaside resorts of Lit-Et-Mixe and Contis makes it an ideal place to recharge your batteries and take full advantage of the peace and quiet of the countryside.
In winter, we love cosy evenings by the fire.
The spacious kitchen opens onto the dining room.
On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, including a master suite with en suite bathroom, two WCs, a living room with wood-burning stove and a dining room.
Large sliding glass doors open onto a covered wooden terrace overlooking 3000m2 of parkland.
Upstairs, a mezzanine leads to two bedrooms, one of which is 20m2, another WC and a second bathroom.
