Our charming, modern furnished room for 2 persons with a spacious bathroom, private balcony and stunning panoramic views of the Alps invites you cordially.

The room has a private entrance and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, cooker, coffee machine, kettle, crockery for 2 persons ...), a dining area and a double bed. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, weekly fresh linen and towels (for 2 people), and a parking space are included in the price. Bicycles / skis can be placed on prior request.

The accommodation is located next to our apartment. It is completely self-sufficient, privacy is guaranteed.

Our apartment is located in Unterzeil, a district of the large district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu (7km away). Gastronomy, supermarkets and shopping are plentiful there. Both the historic old town and the small shopping mile "Bahnhofsarkaden" invite you to visit. In addition, Unterzeil is very close to the A96 (about 4 km). You can reach it thus from all directions comfortably and are also during the stay quickly in z. B. Munich (1.5 hours) or Lake Constance (35 minutes). The newly built CenterParcs Allgäu, with a large water park and much more, can be reached in just 15 minutes. At the sports airfield in Unterzeil you can book scenic flights or experience a parachute jump.

Immediately "in front of the room door" lies the Zeiler Schlossberg. In a few minutes you can walk on a path through the adjacent forest, the lovingly kept in shot, and by the princely family still inhabited, Zeil Castle with its large park. A circular walk around the castle invites you for a walk. Discover z. You can admire the baroque castle church or simply enjoy the incomparable flair of the imposing scenery.

If you get hungry or thirsty, Schloss-Gasthof "Zum Grünen Baum" offers you a wide selection of regional food and drinks.

Mountain bikers also get their money's worth in Leutkirch. Whether you start right outside the front door, or go by car to a tour is up to you. There are tours in different levels of difficulty so everyone can get their money's worth.

For winter sports enthusiasts, our region is also recommended. Ski lifts are in short to moderate driving time (about 0.5 - 1.5 hours. Directions) easily accessible. Cross-country skiers can even get to skate and classic trails in just a few minutes (about 15 minutes). With good snow conditions, you can even climb to a classic trail in about 200 meters from the property.

Schönes gediegenes Silvester verbracht
Wir waren zu dritt bzw. fast zu viert in dieser Unterkunft und haben über Silvester 5 Tage hier verbracht. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge. Wir waren auf dem nahegelegenen Schloss, in Memmingen und in Leutkirch unterwegs. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es wurde uns sogar extra ein Rausfallschutz am Bett sowie ein Kinderstuhl rein gestellt, was meine kleine Tochter sehr gefreut hat. Sauna war top für uns! Kontaktloses ein- und auschecken war ebenfalls prima und problemlos. Besten Dank an die Gastgeber

Abwicklung vorab ohne Probleme mit zeitnahen und freundlichen Informationen. Wohnung sehr gut beschrieben und auch genau wie erwartet angetroffen. Toller Ausblick in ruhiger und angenehmer Umgebung. Vermieter haben uns freundlich begrüßt und waren offen für alle Fragen, die wir hatten. Wohnung von der Grösse her passend für zwei Personen mit allem, was man braucht. Super Bad!! Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Wir würden die nette Wohnung der Familie Kiebele wieder mieten und können die nur positiv weiter empfehlen

Die kleine Ferienwohnung liegt bei Leutkirch in einem netten Wohngebiet. Sehr schönes großes Bad, Sonnenterasse mit Fernblick, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit. Kontakt zum Vermieter problemlos. Gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Regelmäßiges kochen ist durch die sehr kleine Küche etwas anstrengend. Der Kühlschrank ist leider sehr sehr laut. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zu Ferienwohnung : Eine kleine Zimmer mit Küch-ecke, große ,helle Badezimmer. Balkonblick schon ,wenn die Wetter es erlaubt ;) Ruhige Gegend. Für uns über Lage Wochenende war ok ,aber wenn man dort bisschen mehr Zeit verbringen will sollen noch paar Sachen verbessert werden. Unsere Vorschläge: -Kleine Spülmaschine einbauen -links neben Kühlschrank einen kleinen Kleiderschrank stellen -bei Duschkabine Glastür montieren -neben Waschbecken paar Haken montieren für die Handtücher Aber im großen und ganzen ,sehr zu empfehlen Mfg Jafernik

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber fein. Insbesondere für kürzere Aufenthalte, in denen man keine großen Schränke benötigt, eine hervorragende Wahl. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick. Wir haben es genossen!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung, sie war sauber und hat alles was man so braucht. Das Badezimmer war eine Wohlfühloase und der Ausblick vom Zimmer/Balkon sehr schön. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Alles in allem perfekt für uns und unserem kleinen Baby.
