The room was clean, aside from the stains on the walls and floors. The stairs getting unto the second floor were rickety and dangerous. The floor in the room was extremely uneven, and we were on the second floor. The fridge rattled to the point that we had to unplug it, and the radiant heater clanged and banged everytime it turned on. There was ALOT of noise from traffic, adjacent rooms, and the parking lot. Would NOT recommend this establishment and it would be better bulldozed.

The 'chain lock' on the room door was ripped out of the door frame. The frame itself was cracked, obviously kicked in before, as was the bathroom door frame. I also infored the staff that the p-trap pipe under the bathroom sink was leaking. Overall an okay stay, especially considering the low cost. Clean and comfortable bed. Free breakfast. Very simple, but nice to have.

A low-priced place to sleep. Was adequate for our needs. Front desk was pleasant to deal with. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed some maintenance, but served our purpose.

Our room door was opened three times during the night. We had the safety lock on so it was only opened a couple of inches. We had Booked for Two nights and obviously left after one as it was absolutely unsafe. We asked for the money for the second night to be refunded and were refused.

Disgusting
There was homeless people living below us. Felt unsafe.The rooms where disgusting.Never smelt anything like that in two rooms they offered. We checked out 10 mins after viewing the rooms!!!! Need to close this place down!!

This propwrty was convenient to the Japanese gardens, but that also meant the racing traffic until quite late on the main road. The unit we stayed in could use some major bathroom repairs, but otherwise did the job for the night.
