Cocoonr / Book&Pay offers this duplex apartment, adjoining a house, for rent in Lescar. With a surface area of 36 m², it can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on groud floor, it comprises a bright 24 m² living room with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room with shower. Bed linen and towels extra.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 24 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- A comfortable, bright bedroom with two modular single beds, which can be brought together to form a king-size double bed (180 cm). You'll also find a desk ideal for working, and two closets for storing your belongings.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- South-facing and very bright, this apartment benefits from an enclosed garden. You can enjoy a private outdoor space with garden furniture. A children's swing is also accessible, under the parents' responsibility.
- A 15 m² south-facing terrace is equipped with a table, 4 chairs and a parasol to make the most of the outdoors.

The house is located in a quiet, wooded subdivision, a 5-minute walk from Lac des Carolins, ideal for walks, jogging or cycling. There are picnic tables, a barbecue, children's games and a small zoo (Exotic Park). Just a 2-minute walk from the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, you can also reach the medieval village of Lescar, with its ramparts offering breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. At the foot of the ramparts, a leisure area with skate park, beach volleyball, basketball court...

Activities :
From the house, enjoy walks, jogging and cycling on car-free paths, as well as hiking on the Chemin de Saint-Jacques. Fishing at the lake and numerous activities offered by the tourist office. At 500 m, the “Quartier Libre” shopping center with shopping, cinema, bowling, restaurants and supermarkets. Local shops within walking distance: pharmacy, organic bakery, hairdresser and butcher. Don't miss: medieval village, Château de Pau, Biarritz, Landes beaches, Ossau valley, Gourette, Gavarnie circus, Lourdes and nearby spas. Entertainment for children during the Christmas period.

Nearby events:
Every two years in early September, don't miss the Fêtes Médiévales “Les Mystères de la Cité”, an exceptional event with on-site catering, medieval games, free fun rides, sports courses, concerts and much more.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space in front of the house gate.
Parking is free throughout Lescar, except in the blue zone in the town center.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Pau train station (6 km), accessible by bus line P12, stop 500 m from the house.
- Pau-Uzein airport (6 km), shuttle bus to Pau, then bus or cab.
- Freeway access, Lescar exit.

Other notes :
- Access to bedroom via traditional wooden staircase.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider).
