This flat can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on boulevard JF Kennedy, on the front line facing the ocean, this flat offers all the comfort you need, just a stone's throw from the beach and the shops in the Presidents district, a popular area for holidaymakers!
The flat comprises a large living room opening onto the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a 140cm sofa bed and armchairs, a table for 6/8 people and a large TV screen.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven and plenty of storage space, and is complemented by a utility room where you'll find all the equipment you need for a pleasant stay: kettle, microwave, toaster, filter and Senséo coffee makers, washing machine/dryer.
Then there is the bathroom with its walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Separate WC.
On the night side, there is a spacious first double bedroom with a 160cm bed, a headboard with reading lights and USB ports, and a dressing area.
In the second bedroom, there are 2 fold-out sofas that become a 140cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds, also with reading lights. This room is perfect for children as they can play and watch TV!
For added convenience, you'll have a secure outdoor parking space in the residence.
This well-equipped flat is ideally located for a great holiday, just a stone's throw from the attractions of our beautiful town of Les Sables d'Olonne!
