In Val Thorens in the Arcelle residence, right in the center, departure and return on skis. West exposure so quiet side.
Apartment located on the 6th floor, near the sports center; swimming pool, sauna, balneotherapy, hammam, basketball, badminton, table tennis, volleyball, squash, bodybuilding & fitness area, Fun Park (children's playroom) and the Caron shopping mall.
Parking P1 is located just under the residence, which will allow you to unload your luggage without difficulty directly accessible by the residence's elevator. This closed and secure parking is equipped with charging stations for electric cars. It is chargeable; around €80 per week to be booked independently on valthoparc.com)
The apartment is located 50m from the bus station.

Amazing Experience
Norbert’s property has a very comforting nature. My friends and I found it great to come home after a long day on the alps to a warm apartment. There is a full kitchen and utensils provided to self-cater + plenty of comfortable beds and couches. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone interested. Thankyou, and we will be back!

Nice apartment in good location
The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Val Thorens and short walk to the piste but it is not ski in ski out. The apartment was mostly as expected from the photos and listing details. A big negative however was the fact that prior to booking we weren't informed that bed linen was not included and needed to be hired from the shop across the street or would have to bring our own. We opted to hire the bed linen but each package only included two pillow cases and two sheets, there were no duvet covers. This was an annoyance as the duvets provided looked very well used and we would've preferred a duvet cover to cover up the soiled duvets.

Lovely property . Very well supplied with everything needed . Comfortably accommodated 4 adults . 8 would have been a squeeze . Hot water availability an issue between 6-8 pm owing to whole building using supply at same time . We were delayed arriving owing to traffic and received a very rude reception from the person handing over the keys and there was confusion over getting linen but everything else was great and we were extremely lucky with the weather . Carrefour at bottom of the building was very handy and well stocked .

Family Holiday in Val Thorens
We booked the apartment knowing that with four adults it would give the space and facilities we enjoy .... plus the location was just about as good as you could get to access all the facilities, restaurants, shopping centre and the slopes .... we were not disappointed. With various sleeping arrangements, we could chose what suited us best. Picking up the linen was no issue, we wanted some changes on arrival and had some questions ...all was quickly sorted. Comfortable and quite, overall we were very pleased with our stay....and had a great time in Val Thorens

Lovely apartment, very well equipped - we ate in every night which wasn’t the plan! The raclette machine was well used! We were 5 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of space. Carrefour at the base of the building so it was easy to stock up or run down to if you ran out of anything! Many Ski rental shops all within 50m. Opposite the shopping centre with the swimming pool and spa and the bus station. Just one small point was that there weren’t proper pillows. There were long sausage shaped pillows (these don’t exist in the uk) which were not very comfortable and a couple of cushions. And obviously we had brought our British rectangular pillowcases! Only a minor point. We would definitely return to this apartment. The owner, M Larguier, replied very promptly to my numerous questions before and during our stay. He is extremely helpful. Merci Monsieur- à la prochaine!

Week stay for 8 lads, in the highest resort in the 3 vallees
The property was a fantastic location, right in the heart of the resort on one of the upper floors so little to no noise issues! Ease of access to the slopes and a Carrefour at the bottom of the apartments where a beautiful boulangerie lady made us fresh pastries in the morning, meant minimal effort traveling to different areas and getting supplies a pleasure. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well kitted out with all necessary items. Only improvements I’d make is the shower head could do with being replaced and the water is slow to drain so that should be worked on and maintained. Also a sieve for cooking! Other than that, great apartment and a fantastic holiday, merci Norbert!

Perfekte Lage, kleine Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt. Mitten in Val Thorens, 100 Meter Weg bis zum Lift, Abfahrt direkt vor die Tür. Wir waren zu sechst und zwei Leute mussten in einem Durchgangszimmer schlafen. Die Wohnung ist generell klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit war nicht überragend, aber ok. Wenn man sich gut versteht, alles kein Problem. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

APPARTEMENT PAS ENTRETENU
Emplacement parfait, mais beaucoup de déception quand à l'appartement : - il a fallu contacter le contact indiqué par Abritel, car l'électricité était coupée à notre arrivée. - eau chaude coupée à notre arrivée, il a fallu trouver par nous-même l'accès, car absence de livret d'accueil, - pas d'entretien du lave-vaisselle, il a fallu contrôler et rajouter liquide de rinçage. - le ménage n'a pas été fait ou vraiment succinctement, notamment frigo, grille pain que nous n'avons pas osé utiliser, machine senseo. Nous avons été obligé de laver chaque vaisselle avant utilisation, mais avons refusé de laver une grosse casserole encore imbibée d'huile ! Nous avons trouvé 2 bols rangés dans le placard et pas lavés. - suite à sûrement un dégât des eaux, le parquet est fortement gondolé devant l'évier ainsi que devant le placard où se trouvent verres et bols. Nous avons été obligé de mettre un tabouret devant afin de ne pas tomber, 2 personnes ayant évité à 2 reprises une chute. - appartement manquant de ventilation (aérateur de vmc bloqué) - forte odeur d'égout dans toutes les pièces d'eau. Grosse déception pour 3000 € et surtout avec un parquet fortement gondolé avec gros risque de chute. Compte-tenu de tous ces désagréments, nous souhaitons un geste commercial en dédommagement, car notre 1ère expérience avec votre organisme est loin d'être à l'image de votre communication télévisuel. Appartement petit, peu fonctionnel et crasseux
En toute honnêteté, l'appartement est à l'origine assez bien aménagé mais c'est utopique d'imaginer que 8 personnes peuvent y passer une semaine ! Un couple se retrouve dans la salon et l'autre dans une chambre passante attenante à la cuisine... Bref, on se marche dessus plus que jamais. Quand bien même le propriétaire est sympathique, il s'agit là d'un appartement mis en gestion totale dans lequel la crasse s'est accumulée (tapis, salles de bain cuisine, fours... tout est dégoutant). Une demi journée de ménage a été nécessaire pour pouvoir utiliser l'appartement. Nous pensons que l'intervention de l'équipe de ménage n'a pas duré plus de 10 minutes avant notre arrivée et s'est limitée à désodoriser avec de puissants parfums. Quant à la remise des clés, ne rêvez pas elles ne vous seront remises qu'en fin d'après-midi contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans les conditions générales. Somme toute, un rapport qualité / prix assez mauvais mais l'appartement est très bien situé.

Perfect house / Maison parfaite
Magnifique maison. Situation idéale au centre du village, idéale pour les familles et les groupes. Accès facile aux pistes dans la meilleure zone du village. Spectaculaire maison, cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Chambres super confortables, espace de vie et cuisine idéal pour les groupes, maison avec de bonnes salles de bains et de bons matériaux. Propriétaire toujours disponible et gentil. Je le recommande tout à fait à ceux qui recherchent la qualité, l'accès et l'emplacement. 5 étoiles. Magnificent house. Perfect location in the center of the village, ideal for families and groups. Easy access to the slopes in the best area of the village. Spectacular house, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. Super cozy rooms, living space and kitchen ideal for groups, house with good bathrooms and good materials. Owner always available and kind. I recommend it entirely to anyone looking for quality, access and location. 5 stars.

Super appartement. Bémol sur le ménage et le bruit des voisins
Cet appartement est très bien et très bien situé. En revanche, le problème de Val Thorens persiste pour nous: la population. Nous étions partis en mode "famille" qui n'est clairement pas la priorité de la station. La plupart des gens ont entre 18 et 25 ans maxi et sont ici pour faire la fête, toute la nuit (chacun arrive avec un sac de vêtements et un pack de 50 bières)... Par chance nous n'avons pas eu de voisin "direct" très bruyant mais 2 appartements à coté oui... J'ai du intervenir pour permettre à nos enfants de dormir. Cet appartement est en revanche très bien situé par rapport à beaucoup d'autres. Certes exposé comme tous au bruit du voisinage mais pas au bruit extérieur, ce qui en fait un très gros atout. La règle clairement affichée dans l'ascenseur (plus de bruit à partir de 22h) n'est pas respectée, certains personnes venant de loin semblent intouchables. Seul bémol de notre location sur l'appartement à proprement parler: le ménage. Beaucoup de poussière, une série de poils intimes dans les sanitaires et vaisselle mal lavée à notre arrivée. Même si cela ne nous a pas gâché le séjour (loin delà), au prix payé, on aurait pu s'attendre à une meilleure prestation. On l'a laissé bien aussi propre qu'on l'a récupéré.

The location is perfect!
Norbert (the owner) was very kind and he answered my messages very fast and he was very helpful. The apartment is very well located, near to the ski passes box office and the slopes you have a supermarket right next to the main entrance. The apartment looks like in the pictures. We had a great time, so we definetly will come back. Thank you Norbert!

L'appartement est très bien situé (coeur de la station) calme, magnifiquement décoré, fonctionnel, parfait pour 2 familles de 4 personnes (2 adultes + 2 enfants), bien équipé, accès direct au parking souterrain par ascenseur et accès direct aux pistes.

Location très agréable
Le propriétaire Mr Larguier est au petit soin pour les locataires, l'appartement est très agréable et silencieux. La literie est de qualité et l'appartement est bien fourni.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et serons certainement de retour l'année prochaine.

Bel appartement, chaleureux et idealement situé au coeur de la station et à quelque mètre de la place Caron et des pistes. Monsieur Larguier est reactif et a pris le temps de savoir si tout se passait bien, detail appréciable. A recommander!
