The only thing that was negative was the fact that the hotel is not disability or wheelchair accessible.

I would have given them a better rating, if a few things would have been better. First they gave us rooms that were not ready. Seems like it was a miscommunication. Second they changed the rooms , however they had no elevator and my mother was in a wheelchair. No ramps. It was so hard to get her into the room. Not wheelchair friendly. So I would recommend just for people with no disability issues. Other than that, house person was nice and able to best accommodate us.

Reserve 4 habitaciones, la que me había tocado a mí lamentablemente no tenía teléfono ni frigobar y parecía más habitación de motel que de hotel, gracias a que no tenía teléfono logré que me cambiaran y agradezco mucho xq ese día llovía mucho y la primera como estaba en un área anexa a la propiedad de querer ir al restaurante me hubiera tocado mojarme, lo que no entiendo o comprendo es que si tienen habitaciones disponibles que cuentan con los servicios que te ofrecen para que mandarte a una habitación que no cuenta con esos servicios, haciendo nada más que tengas que estar solicitando el cambio y perdiendo el tiempo como huésped, otra habitación no le servía el aire acondicionado y a otra parecía que estaba tapada la coladera de la regadera xq se hacía charco al momento de bañarse , no me dedico al ramo hotelero, pero a poco cada que arreglan un cuarto para hacer entregado no revisan que todo funcione al 100? Taza del baño, regadera, lavabo, el cable en la TV, que si este el frigobar que ofrecen, que si enfríe el aire acondicionado, el teléfono, etc… porque a nosotros nos gustó el hotel, es cómodo, tranquilo y de fácil acceso, pero si tiene esos detalles del frigobar, el aire acondicionado , la coladera de la regadera algo tapada, falta de teléfono , falta de señal en la TV ,
