Not so good noise wise . We were on 3rd floor. I think thar was the party floor . Wedding on. 6.45 am lors of noise in corridor , adults talkinv loudky kids banging room doors . 6am nxt morning other guests. Talking loudly . Asked them to move on .

We had stayed before and find the staff friendly & helpful the surroundings pleasant and spotlessly clean my only complaint would be the people next door were constantly slamming the extremely heavy doors until really late at night .

Hotel was very convenient with the price including breakfast where there was a choice of hot dishes as well as continental breakfast choices. However, on the first morning the hot items were not kept filled up and there was a problem with some items not being filled up quickly enough. Also mentioned was the fact that it would be helpful if plates were warm instread of cold as keeping food hot as in on a warm place, does enhance the dining experience. One issue which was not expected and not known about until AFTER a booking had been made was the fact of paying £100 security deposit. We were told this would be refunded 'in due course'. Had this deposit been known about before booking, then no booking would have been made. Staff were hard working and lovely, it isn't their fault that hotel owners fail to adopt systems which would help staff and not penalise members of the public who do not travel or stay there for work purposes.
