The villa is fully equipped to meet all the requirements of our guests and was built and designed with the “ideal home” concept in mind. Distribution:
· Ground floor: a separate fully equipped apartment for 4 people: kitchen, dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower living room; in the living room there are 2 convertible sofas; also at the ground floor there is a second bedroom with living room, accommodating 3 people (2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, private bathroom with shower) and a desk

· 1st floor: large open-space area with an ultra-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living area with modern sofas.

· 2nd floor: 3 spacious bedrooms; one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom; the other 2 bedrooms share another bathroom; they accommodate 6 people.

Indoor amenities:
All windows and doors have electric security shutters and shading screens. There are mosquito nets on all windows. Features include security doors, air conditioning in all rooms, and free Wi-Fi. Linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, and hairdryers are provided.

· Ground floor: TVs and DVD players in the living rooms and bedroom.

· 1st floor: TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, elegant dinnerware and glasses.

· 2nd floor: Each bedroom has a double bed, spacious wardrobe, chair, mirror, desk, TV, DVD player, and a safe.

Outdoor amenities:
A particular advantage of the villa is the large terrace with dining tables and sofas, with magnificent views of the green hills of Lefkada and the blue waters of the Ionian Sea.

The villa is surrounded by large paved areas and colorful gardens and offers a large and private swimming pool area, where the residents can enjoy swimming and relaxing using the unique whirlpool feature, sunbathing on comfortable chairs, and gazing at the magnificent sea views.

There is also a large stone-built barbecue and private parking spaces.

The resort has a small shallow swimming pool for children, as well as a playground and a coffee bar, where guests can relax with some drinks and a beautiful view.
