Heaven on earth
This hotel is truly exceptional. The breakfast features a fresh and healthy selection, and the staff is both friendly and helpful. The interactive breakfast experience was a highlight for my child, who can’t wait to return. The spa and gym are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
At breakfast, my son absolutely loved all the selections and was delighted when the manager made him a lovely cup of hot chocolate.

the Heritage park hotel is in need of refurbishment and care to enhance the stay. Mouldy furniture, urine soaked floor and raw food were some of the less desirable moments of my stay. Bar was well stocked and the staff were very friendly in this section. If you’re looking for an affordable stop off night, the hotel may service what you need. If looking for something more I’d look elsewhere.

Really accessible and great for disabled people
Such a lovely stay in a Junior Suite - perfect for my disabled Grandad and his carers to be close by and have quality time with family in Leeds. Carpark could be better as you need to pay extra for it if you don’t book directly, and then get the ticket validated every single time you go to leave. Spa is lovely, but again, an additional cost if you don’t boom directly. Breakfast delivered to the room was absolutely top rate.

Perfect little get-away!
Beautiful hotel& friendly staff. The pool area was lovely we didn’t want to get out! Please keep in mind this hotel has lots of members who come for a swim daily - and does get crowded, most of the time all ok though! We moved rooms as someone had requested ours on the second night - but we didn’t mind as we got a fresh clean room! Staff are amazing in the restaurant and everyone has a smile on their faces. Thankyou for a wonderful time!

The hotel and spa are lovely. Staff were great, rooms are a good size & spa is well equipped. We attended a tribute night which was great fun. Wouldn't book again via hotel.com as it wasn't clear that there would be additional charges (spa & parking) Raised this with them but got nowhere.

Great value minor improvements required.
Overall a good stay especially for the price we paid. Suggestions to management for improvement are: • Cleanliness of pool area wasn’t great with rubbish littered about the deck chairs and loads of empty glasses • Telephone calls weren’t answered on several occasions especially when we was on the way to the hotel and wanted to confirm we would be late checking in • I wanted a larger robe and mentioned this to several staff who weren’t helpful or knew if this was possible • 24 hour room service is advertised however not available as it has been stopped But as mentioned, great value overall minor improvements would excel customer satisfaction further.

Check in was great. Room was ready even though it was before check in time. Comfortable room. Could not get a breakfast booking before 10.30, so went into Leeds. No milk in machine after 11pm at night and still none in the morning. Would definitely stay again though
