Hotel lobby, rooms and rooftop bar were great but breakfast was absolute carnage! Not enough staff, no cutlery, glasses, bowls etc. Not enough food and was simply just chaos.

Excellent stay - arrived slightly early and they gave us access to our room, the check in staff were warm and welcoming with a smile. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities were great. Check out was quick and a different member of staff but an equally friendly transaction. Although we dined out we did use the rooftop cocktail bar which was fabulous. Would definatley stay here again - great staff, great facilities, great location.

Upon Check-in the room temperature was 15C, then slowly got up to temperature once it identified my presence in the room. I wasn't prepared to wait so i had to sit in a nearby coffee shop. Then around 5 am i got up to go to the toilet and the sensors triggered the hvac system again and it started roaring. I tried to disable it completely but the power button doesn't work. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. I'd just dosed off when the fire alarm sounded briefly at 6:30 am. I will not stay at a hyatt again.

Everything was great thank you. The only negative was smelly sink/toilet when we arrived but the odour had gone the next morning. Our welcome at reception for my husband's birthday was a lovely surprise. Will stay again and try the breakfast next time.
