All staff were friendly and as helpful as they could possibly could be. However one staff member did stand out “Yasser” in Reception, who was truly unwell but was desperately trying to hide it, with the biggest smile. He was so helpful and understanding when I asked if it was possible for a “quiet” room as my son is autistic…. He gave us a great room. He was always so welcoming and easy to approach as we needed help navigating Leeds and getting advice about where to go and how

Clean room, good location and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was replenished constantly, it can get very busy so there may be a short wait for a table however you can wait in the lobby. The leisure center is good however when we were there the hot tub was not working.

At checkin failed to pre authorise payment card, which led to confusion ordering meal. My room number was taken but one of the servers then knocked on my door for payment with a card machine! No reminder of the free canapes or drinks between 5-7pm. There was a tiny message on a sheet of paper with the menu on on the reverse side. I was charged for my meal but I would have eaten & drunk for free. Annoyed

Excellent breakfast

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had drink stains on the wall and dusty skirting boards. Behind the bathroom door needed more attention when cleaning. All the pillows were very lumpy and the bed quite hard, slept ok. But everything else was really good. Very kindly, a later check out of 12pm was allowed, my daughter and I wanted to shop in Leeds. Breakfast was excellent! Well stocked, staff were efficient with tidying tables and quick turn around time for cooked food.

Staff were super helpful and friendly, every one of them we met was great. Room was large but a little dated. Coat hooks and towel hooks were not provided. The pool was lovely though the changing area was a little worn out. Overall a great stay thanks to the super staff
