Coffee was very poor! As Italy is the exemplar of coffee I would have expected Lavazza or Illy. I would be prepared to pay a little extra. Your coffee was definitely not 5* Also no kettle in the room is a disadvantage

Central and luxurious

In a historic building in the very heart of town center . Rooms are huge, service is amazing. Everything is almost perfect , but for 5starsL I must say: breakfast needs to be improved (quality is excellent , but lacks of choices ) and in a suite coffee station should be mandatory… there was not even a boiler :-(

Brilliant location, right in the centre. Very big rooms with high ceilings. The reception and valet team were amazing. The hotel is in a restricted car zone, and the hotel were great at helping with that and also parking the car. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great family stay.
