If you’d prefer to eat alfresco, a spacious outdoor dining area offers a table and sun loungers, with views overlooking the gardens and offering glimpses of Lake Learmonth. A large, pet-friendly backyard provides plenty of room to play and entertain, while a fire pit ensures everyone can enjoy the outdoor space on cooler evenings.

By booking this property, you're agreeing to our simple house rules—nothing wild, just the essentials to keep everyone happy and the space sparkling for the next guests! Please review the agreement in your guest portal and house guides (digital & print)

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Be Nice: Treat our staff and contractors like the rockstars they are.
Smoking: Allowed only outdoors, away from doors and windows. Don’t worry, the plants won’t mind.
No Firearms: Leave your slingshots and cannons at home.
No Fireworks: Because we don’t want your holiday to end with a bang (literally).
No Illegal Activities: We’re not running a crime drama here.
Keep It Down: Channel your inner ninja and keep noise levels reasonable.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed in the booking can stay overnight. No sneaky sleepovers.
No Parties: Let’s keep it cosy, not crazy.
Pets: Only dogs are allowed at our properties, and only with prior approval. Check the listing for specific pet rules—Fido deserves a holiday too, but only if we've given the green light!

Upon Check-Out
Dishes: Wash and put away. Pretend you’re at home and your mum is watching.
Turn Off: All lights, heaters, and coolers. Help us save the planet.
Pet Cleanup: Don’t leave us any surprises.
Clean BBQ: If you used it, give it a scrub. We love a good BBQ, but not the cleanup.
Trash: Put it in the correct bins outside. Channel your inner recycling guru.
Linens: Don’t wash them. Seriously, we’ve got it covered.
If these rules are broken, we may have to cancel your stay with no refund. We really don’t want to do that.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.

Very comfortable stay with an amazing property embracing the history of the building
This property has renovated the original bakery while keeping some materials from the original property. Including a small window in the ceiling for you to see the original slats behind the new ceiling! Lovely town with an historical walk down the main street, with clearly marked info on most buildings on what they were and who founded them. We also had a lovely meal at the Stag Hotel on Saturday night.
