After submitting rental request at time we arrived in area, we arrived at property and it was filthy & junky. Houses weren’t bad but a lot of junk. We went to what appeared to be the ‘office’ but it was more like a tool shed. The guy was very nice but kept telling us that we should have a code emailed to us. He was finally able to obtain the code. Code was emailed hours after the rental was made. Experience would have been better if the code to enter property was emailed immediately after tiny house is rented through Expedia.
The inside of the Tiny home was adorable. The area did not seem the safest. Bar right across the street with a life band the noise was horrible and only one way into and out of the park.
Overall, nice tiny house. However, the bathroom air vent was extremely dirty, no Kleenex available, freezer section of the refrigerator was extremely iced over. No other comments as all other amenities were nice.
Our Huckleberry tiny house was great!! Cute place, fully equipped, able to walk to everywhere.

We have stayed here several times. It’s starting to look junky and not well maintained. The staff are super nice and work hard. They need to clean up the yard areas and make the people who live there keep their areas clean. We know the sheets were not changed so probably not going back.

Cute place and convienient to walking downtown area. Two problems we had.....poor ventilation as we couldn't cool the house down with limited windows and tiny fan upstairs. Not sure if their was air conditioning present. And, the bathroom had a mildew smell to it.
Otherwise, fits quick stay purposes.

it's perfect for 2 people; more than that it's too small and difficult to move around inside the house.
Cute little house.
The area the tiny house community was in was very convenient for us. It was close to Colorado Mountain College and the downtown area.
The house itself was clean and stayed warm on the cold mornings. And the mountain view’s were perfect.
Though the idea of the tiny house was attractive, the narrow loft was sketchy to climb out of. The second bed was a very hard pull-out couch. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night.
This property would fit best with a younger group teen to 20s.
Lovely place to stay as I was getting ready to hike my annual fourteener! Great location and TinyHouse “Molly” was well appointed and just off the main drag through Leadville. Would definitely stay there again!
For people needing an outdoorsy option this is a great place to have as a base. Was well equipped and clean only comment would be the bed at night gets too warm.
CUTE little home. Nice kitchen and most items were well prepped. Good amenities.
This was our first experience with a Tiny Home.
They’re a bit tight inside, but they make the most out of the space.
Distant telephone property contact worked out quite well, and all arrangements were professionally handled.

The house was cute from outside except for the overgrown and messy area beside it. The futon sofas were covered in animal hair. The fitted sheet supplied for the futons was not big enough to cover both of them so that my husband and I could sleep on. Our son had to sleep on one of the single ones, and we had to sleep upstairs which had not been planned. Again, the futons were covered in animal hair and no vacuum to fix. Would not stay there again.
It was small but had everything you needed. Worked for me as 1 person and 2 people would be good, too. Could be crowded feeling for more people than that. It would have been nice to have more info about what was supplies came with this property. Also, a sign should be put on the built-in heater since it seems to be disconnected, and informing people to only use the space heater.
