"My family of 8 just stayed at the home and had an incredible time. The farmhouse is rustic but it has everything you need. Beds and linens very comfortable. The views are incredible and Monica and Giovanni were excellent hosts and cooked us a delicious dinner. Only drawback was it’s very hard to find the home at night, it’s down a dirt road and sign hard to find so arrive during the day. Also the house has very steep stairs and I would t recommend if elderly people are in your group. Otherwise the pool was refreshing, the garden lush and overall we had a stay we will never forget."

"Good value for a stay in the mountains! The staff is very friendly. Even though only 2 out of 3 nights were booked in a Classic room, they upgraded us to a Superior room - which unfortunately is still a bit small. However, the view of the mountains, and fantastic breakfast (beautiful restaurant in separate building up the hill) makes up for it! We wanted to have dinner there, but restaurant was unfortunately closed for dinner over the weekend. On last night, a big bus load of teenage students checked-in that was very noisy until about midnight. But I more so blame it on the teachers/supervisors who should have been better at controlling the kids. Oh well ..."

"Stunning property with beautiful views. Very quiet area! House was very clean and the garden was beautiful . We did not have a car , but Diego helped us communicate with the local taxi service. Taxi took us into the town of Barga when we needed and picked us up ! Diego was also very quick to respond and willing to help out with anything we needed . Great experience. Thank you !"

"Paolo’s property was perfect for me and my family. It is clean, spacious and very well presented. It is a perfect location for exploring the Garfagnana region and close to plenty of local amenities.
