Super séjour de 7 jours en mai
Accueil aimable et attentionné. Location très bien équipée, située au centre ville avec peu de bruit. Parfait pour 2 et un chien. Nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié la terrasse et le jardin. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs: sur la côte les villes de Berck à Mers les bains, pirogue, phoques, le petit train, le parc, châteaux et abbaye. On s'y sent bien. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Appartement très bien placé au cœur du Crotoy et très belle région MAIS il faudrait préciser dans l annonce que le jardin et la machine à laver sont communs aux 2 appartements. C'est un point très important. Merci.

Emplacement idéal dans un logement de qualité.
Un grand merci aux 2 jeunes vendeuses(salariés des propriétaires),leur accueil était très chaleureux .Le logement récent,est très propre .L’emplacement est très bien situé,tout est à porter de main: commerces ,restaurants,plage etc… Le logement est très bien équipé ,juste un petit bémol :ne pas oublier d’emmener divers produits de nettoyage (éponge,produit ménager toilettes et vaisselle,sopalin ,papier toilette etc…) Idem pour les produits de première nécessité :sucre,poivre,filtre à café,huile . En fait on a juste trouver du sel!Pas très gênant mais agaçant. Sinon on a passé un très bon séjour,La région est magnifique.

A éviter si plus de deux personnes
Etant quatre adultes, la superficie de l'appartement avait été déterminante dans le choix de cet appartement. Sur le site, il était indiqué 75m². Des 75 m², nous sommes passés à environ 37 m² dans la réalité... Dans ces conditions, pas de place pour un armoire digne de ce nom. La salle de bain occupait quant à elle environ 1,8 m². La machine à laver, le séchoir se trouvait dans le hall d'entrée menant à l'appartement, et, leur usage était partagé par les occupants de l'immeuble. Durant notre séjour, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer la/le propriétaire... Je pourrais également parler entre autres de l'éclairage de l'escalier extérieur défectueux... Pour nous, une mauvaise expérience...

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Le Crotoy ist ein sehr schöner, kleiner Ort an der Somme-Mündung. Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten im Ort, keine 200 Meter von der Somme-Mündung mit faszinierenden und sehr hohen Unterschieden zwischen Ebbe und Flut. Bäcker, Metzger, kleine Läden und einige Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig, da sie in einen freundlichen Innenhof mit Terrasse und Wiese blickt. Eventuell sind noch andere Mieter da, die den Innenhof auch nutzen. Wir hatten ihn für uns alleine. Die Vermieter, gleichzeitig die Inhaber des kleinen Spezialitäten-Ladens im Haus, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ansonsten unaufdringlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf 2 Etagen mit einer recht steilen Treppe verbunden. Leider gab es ausser einer Kommode keine Kleiderschränke, sodass wir aus dem Koffer lebten, was uns dann aber nicht sonderlich gestört hat. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen. Liebe Grüße an Mme und M Trouart
