The space
Welcome home to this beautiful upstairs apartment which has the benefit of great sunlight when wanted and blackout curtains when needed. The space is large enough for the whole family and provides privacy for every guest. With 2 bathrooms, getting ready will be a breeze.


Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, that’s just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom!

While the space is readily equipped for up to 6 people to live comfortably.

Some ground rules, we are not a pet friendly space and do not allow smoking inside the residence or within 15 feet of the main entrance. There is a designated smoking area located to the north of the property near the trash area. Either of these instances will incur a fee of 200 dollars per instance. This amount can differ depending on market prices.

Late Checkout: If you need a late checkout (1pm) this must be requested at least 2 hours prior to checkout and incurs a 25 dollar fee that must be paid at the time of the request. Anything after 1pm and you will be charged for an additional day. 3pm checkout still applies.

Please do the dishes before you leave. Place used linens on the floor and used towels on the bathroom floor. Please remove the trash upon check out and ensure the door is locked. Due to the nature of your stay, please do not be overly loud, and respect quiet hours after 9pm.
