Good long Labor Day weekend stay with family
In town for the long labor day weekend. Hotel was overall nice and in good condition. Great location for the wedding we were going to. They have every patron pay for parking. But I found a small print that said they have a parking promo code. Ask the front desk and they gave it to me. Stayed the few nights with free parking! Yeah!! But should be free anyway. We had a 2 queen, pull out bed suite, NONE SMOKING! But the minute we arrived on floor 3 it smelt like a trap house! It’s like someone just finished hot boxing the hallway. My wife and kids ran to our room due to respiratory illness and that could have started an asthma attack. Luckily once we opened the room it didn’t smell like smoke at all. But going in and out of the room we had to hussle down the stairs or elevator to avoid the stench!! Lots of smokers and marajuana smokers smoking out front by the fire pit too. (Right near the front main door) Maybe they should have a better designated smoke area for those that need to. The house keeping is every other day. But they were very nice and friendly. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. Busy breakfast, but ok. Staff was helpful in getting extra blanket. Checked up on us to make sure we were doing well. The hotel was very busy but they did their best to keep it clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Overall it’s a good stay. They need to get an ozone machine to get rid of the smoke smells and maybe provide a better lounge area for smokers

Staff were very helpful, Nicole at the front desk provided us with excellent service, we were in town for a family event and most of our family members stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 rooms… the $10 a day parking charge was a bit of an overkill I’ll have to say!

There 3 things i wanted to say about this property: 1) They charged for Parking 12$ per day. This property is not in downtown, there is a lot of space but they ask to pay for Parking. So if your looking for saving Money this is not an option or you can add 12$ what price they are offering. I stayed in downtown Atlanta in Marriott and they charged for parking but for Guest it was free. 2) The web site says full kitchen but cooktop was missing. 3) Bathroom Door was broken.

The hotel room met most of my needs but it was dirty. Didn’t feel safe though. Lots of activity in and outside of the property. They charged for parking and the lot is not attended. It was seedy…trash on the grounds, marijuana smoking in the parking lot, etc.

This place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast options are limited but staff accommodated everyone. They now charge for parking $10 per day.. that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The backyard area and front yard area had a lot of people hanging around looked like a wedding party, but no noise could be heard in the room. Overall worth the price, but be prepared to pay to park.

When i arrived, the front had lots of trash around the trash can and on the ground, Parking is $10.00 a night i wasn't aware of.. so i paid for parking.. my card was charge twice i ask the front desk guy about it. He told me that he was going to pass it along to the manager,.. So the next day we was stuck inside of the elevator along with three other guests, for some time when the elevator was able to open it went up to the 12th floor i believe so i had to walk back down to my floor to get back to my room along with the other guest not once did the front desk contact me to ask if i was okay ..my door to the room doesn't close properly you have to push up on it.. for the money i paid.. my stay was horrible want be staying again 😪

Stayed for a concert at Gas South and was pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and cleanliness of this location. I will definitely be back for future events and will consider this chain when staying in other cities.
