Superbe chalet exposé plein sud de 85m2, aux pieds des pistes, confortable et totalement équipé situé dans le Rocher du Cerf.
Vous aurez à votre disposition également 2 places de Parking privées . Le logement se situe au -2 accessible uniquement par des escaliers. Une cave se trouve juste à coté de la porte d'entrée du logement, vous y trouverez un sèche chaussures de ski et des espaces de rangement.
Ce logement parfait pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, dispose au rdc d'une pièce à vivre très lumineuse avec cuisine ouverte sur séjour/salle à manger (un canapé convertible en 140x190 est présent dans la partie salon) , d'une salle d'eau avec douche et wc, d'un grand placard de rangement, une chambre avec lit double en 140x190 . Tous l'équipement de la cuisine sera mis à votre disposition pour un maximum de confort (four, four micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille pain, appareil à raclette, appareil à fondue, wok électrique, mixeur plongeur, hachoir, appareil à pierrade, réfrigérateur/congélateur, cafetière filtre traditionnelle...).
A l'étage du dessous, vous trouverez une chambre avec un lit simple en 90x190 et un lit double en 140x190. Puis, une seconde chambre avec un lit en 160x200 et offrant un accès à l'extérieur par sa porte fenêtre.
Une seconde salle d'eau spacieuse avec douche vous procurera un véritable coup de coeur avec son superbe style. Un wc indépendant se trouve également à cet étage.
Une buanderie donne l'accès à l'extérieur et rejoint la piste Bleue de ski du Rocher du Cerf, pratique pour les allers et venues directs. Cette buanderie met à votre disposition étendoir à linge, nécessaire à repasser, machine à laver, sèche linge, lit bébé, chaise haute, nécessaire de ménage, un évier et de grands espaces de rangement.
Toutes les chambres et le salon sont équipés d'un téléviseur.
Les linges de lit et serviettes ne sont pas fournis. Possibilité de les louer via notre agence directement. Logement non fumeurs. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.
