Ce bien exceptionnel a tout pour vous plaire ! Situé au coeur de la station du Lioran, avec une capacité d'accueil de 10 personnes grâce à sa superficie de 100 m2, vous pourrez passer des vacances en famille ou en entre amis dont vous vous souviendrez pendant longtemps.
A proximité des pistes de ski et de randonnées, dont le GR400, ce triplex est idéal pour passer un bon moment en groupe. Disposant d'une grande pièce à vivre/cuisine ouverte et toute équipée (bouilloire, machine à café tassimo, appareil à raclette, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur/congélateur, four, four micro-ondes,...) avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne, 4 chambres, 1 coin montagne, 2 spacieuses salles de bain avec wc, et un wc séparé dans l'entrée de la maison.
Vous pourrez profiter aussi d'une belle terrasse exposée plein sud équipée avec son mobilier de jardin. Un lave linge se trouve au -1.

Le plus : une fois votre voiture déposé vous n'en aurez plus besoin pour tout votre séjour.

Les linges, draps et les serviettes ne sont pas fournis, nous en louons à votre demande. Possibilité d'apporter votre linge personnel en fonction des tailles de lits présent dans le logement, à savoir: 1 lit double en 160x200, les autres lits double en 140X190 et les lits simples en 90x190.
