Magnifique appartement au 3ème étage dans la Résidence ALTURA orienté plein sud avec vue sur les pistes qui se compose d'une chambre avec un lit double 140x190 et une chambre ouverte avec 2 petits lits en 90x140 , un canapé qui fait couchage 2 en 1 (en 90x190 ou en 90x190), un ascenseur, un casier à ski privatif. Possibilité de louer des places de parking dans le sous sol de la résidence.
Meublé dans un style "montagne", parfaitement équipé, l'appartement est situé dans une résidence récente avec ascenseur, WIFI, aux pieds des pistes de ski de Rombière et Font d'Alagnon. Vous trouverez une cuisine toute équipée (réfrigérateur/congélateur, micro-ondes, cafetière filtre et cafetière Tassimo/machine à laver, bouilloire, grille pain, presse agrume...mais pas de lave vaisselle). Un appareil à raclette est également présent. Ce logement dispose également d'une salle d'eau avec son wc et d'un autre wc indépendant.
