We arrived in Launceston and we were anxious about the place we were going to stay in on our first night; we were not disappointed - except that we hadn't booked dinner in the Clarion's restaurant (we missed out). Our room was spacious, clean and very appealing.
we stayed on the 1st floor of the main building, room was nice (a little small). bed was not that comfortable and the guest in the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants! i would advise to ask for a room higher up(but there is no lift)
Probably the best room I've ever stayed in. Every little thing was thought of and provided. You just didn't get the soap, shower cap, shampoo and conditioner. You got a whole bunch more. The room was well set out and roomy. The spa was great. This room was located ground floor in the stables across from main building.
Very comfortable hotel, convenient parking. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms, we stayed in a spa suite in the "Stables". No lifts to upper floor rooms so if you have a disability make sure you ask for a ground floor room. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant but will make sure we also have dinner there next time, the menu looked very nice and was highly rated on a Google search. We will be back.
Close to CBD in quiet street. The room was spotless and reception staff efficient and polite. Good size room and a modern gym, free parking and fine dining.
This hotel was chosen by my husband's work travel provider for his work week and we decided to stay for the weekend prior for ease. The hotel was good value for money and the staff were extremelyt helpful, including keeping us in the same room despite the separate bookings. Everything was clean, tidy & in perfect working order. The location was central & perfect for our needs. We would happily stay there again.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Launceston. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. An added bonus is the restaurant attached to the hotel...fantastic food and service.
We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. The room was extremely spacious, very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful and great value. We will visit again.
The hotel was fantastic, comfortable beds, beautifully appointed rooms. Friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was amazing. We stayed the night of the flooding in Launceston -the staff were caring and concerned for us. Waitress in the restaurant was awesome.
Great place to stay. The staff was super friendly, room was clean and comfy, spa tub was amazing, restaurant was good. All around great hotel that we would stay at again.
Overnight business stay which is highly recommended. On site parking, restaurant / room service and comfortable clean spacious room. Receptionist very welcoming and friendly.
We had a comfortable stay, and particularly enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff.

Nice hotel but no elevators
Very comfortable hotel, not terribly central for walking, but beware if climbing two flights of stairs with your bags is a problem as there are no elevators.
