Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole home, with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests, 2 bathrooms, walk in robe, laundry, fully appointed kitchen and butlers pantry.
Unfortunately the garage is not available to guests, however feel free to park in the driveway. Room for 2 cars.

This home is situated in Newstead, just 5 minutes drive from the Launceston CBD and surrounds. It is in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. You should be able to get everything you need within a 5 minute drive of the home.

To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
