The hotel is old and feels dirty. Upon check in, I was very early. My room wasn’t ready. I went back a few hours later and my room was still not ready at 5pm! Went back after dinner. My room was assured to be ready. Went up to my room around 9pm the cleaning cart was in the room, it smelled of smoke and was filthy. I went down to the desk and was given another room but was told it’s not really that policy to do that. Wait! What?? I took the “slightly upgraded” room key. Got my luggage from the bell hop and decided I would not be willing to spend money on a slightly upgraded room with an attitude. I checked out and will now hope the 2 rooms I booked but cancelled will be refunded. The “food court “ was dirty and the food was ice cold as well. I will obviously not be back there for anything, ever!

Been coming to Laughlin for years and always like Harrah’s. Unfortunately they really need to update their rooms better. There’s marks all over the walls, old scratched up furniture, small low to the ground beds. The pro was the bathroom was very clean and staff was nice.
