We upgraded to a suit….. they need a deep clean! Sofas and chairs were so nasty we had to put towels down just to sit. The carpet was gross feet were black from walking on it. We took snacks and in the morning they were covered in ants in a sealed bag. Bed was over all comfortable. Shower water goes from warm to skin biting hot in 3.5 sec. As far as the casino, there’s no tables the staff was very friendly and it was very clean downstairs. Pool was clean.

Went to see the Jason Aldean Concert at the Laughlin Event center so this was extremely Convenient and walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had what we needed for the small time we were in there. Love the new Valet texting system, much easier, less time standing around and you don't have to worry about losing your ticket.

Upon check in I was told that if I didn’t want a loud room by the elevator and ice maker, I would have to upgrade. They charged me $22.50 more as a service fee to have a quiet room. The bathroom counter was messy And I had to wipe it down ands kill an ant upon arrival. I was also given a room without a frig. I would’ve had to ask for that I read….
