Was told apon check in that deposits would be released within 2 minutes of check out if keys were returned to front desk. We checked out on Sunday and it is now Friday and we still haven't gotten our deposit released. Rooms were very noisy and doors need fixed as you can see outside from around it in the room.

I thought for the price and the location, it was great. I was not expecting a 5 star resort, nor was I under and pretense this was a luxury resort. I wanted to stay near the strip without strip prices. That was accomplished.

Clean and renovated room. Parking in front of individual door outside. Okay for an overnight. Breakfast is disappointing. Grab and go! No juice. Just coffee or tea and bottled water. Hot cereal to prepare and packaged snacks. There is a breakfast area but the food is in the small lobby.

Yes ,yes and yes! Then bed and the pillows were great. The motel is an older motel that he’s been re-done and was done well, with new floors, repainted and was very clean. The staff was very helpful, both the afternoon staff for check-in, as well as the night shift at 4;00 AM when we needed transportation to the airport. We left our car at the motel and called the shuttle when we returned a few days later. The we’re very prompt in picking us up.

That housekeeping didn't change my towels yesterday, they left the towels dirty, the large ones and the small one weren't changed, they were the ones I had used the day before and they didn't clean the floor, the bathtub, the toilet or the blankets. They changed them these days that I stayed at the hotel. Now I don't know if they changed the towels or they just folded them backwards.

Walked into a room that obviously had not been cleaned. Stains and hair on a visibly soiled bed. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful in getting us a new room. New room had clean linens, but overall the motel was in rough shape. We would not stay here again.

It was convenient, but they need to do something about the beds. Very uncomfortable, hard like a rock. Pillows not great. Everything else was pretty standard to most hotels of its kind. The staff were amazing, don’t want to take away from that. Very friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect airport hotel. Free parking. Airport shuttle is $4 and only a 6 minute ride from hotel to terminal. James at the front desk is the best human we encountered during our entire trip. Give that guy a raise!

Clean place. Close to airport. Free parking and coin laundry access. Just what you need for a place to stay during arrival/departure from Vegas airport. Simple coffee and breakfast items available. The only downside is that the AC is noisy--bring ear plugs to sleep in. Overall, would stay again.
