Beware loud nightclub
Was not told that my room was right above a very noisy nightclub open till 2 AM. Immediately went to change my room and they had a new girl working the front desk that did not know what she was doing. Took 45 minutes for them to figure it out. Who puts someone in that room without telling them?!

Don' take Amex and dont tell you until you arrive.
One night booked with Hotels.com with my Amex and also using my Onecash. Charged 5.85 in fees with Amex and rest to be charged at hotel with should total 25.00 with Onecash discount. When arriving at hotel, I was told they didnt take Amex and I had to provide another card. When I did provide the card I was charged the full amount plus what I had paid to Hotels.com. A complete mess. Never again.

The Thunderbird did ok in a pinch, but it is pretty run down and leaky. You can hear everything. Also, it’s kind of isolated from any real action and walking is probably not the best option for most not willing to take their safety in their own hands.

Couldn’t find entrance had to drive to the back side to check in. Took about 45min to check in with only 2 people ahead of me. The room I was given had a broken door looked like someone broke into it multiple times and was able to slide a card in the side to open it without needing the room key. Wanted a new room with a door that latches properly and they said I had to wait in line which was about 10 people after already waiting 45min with a line of 3 people. Got into my new room and had water damage on the flooring and especially the bathroom floor and walls near baseboards. There were a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Bed seemed okay but baseboards and door frame was all beat up and nasty looking. Would not recommend going here multiple rooms have bad door frames and they give people the rooms anyway.
