This was our first time staying at The Orleans and we had a really nice trip. We couldn’t help but notice the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff and the many amenities that the property has to offer. It’s a kid friendly hotel as there is a bowling alley, an arcade, a movie theater, an arcade and a play area. We also quite surprised at the size of the casino floor as it kept going and going! Our hotel room was simple enough, but for three ladies sharing the room while getting ready to attend a wedding, we all commented on how wonderful the water pressure was in our shower. Most excellent! We also have to give a shout out to our bell hop and valet attendant, Joe. He was very sweet, funny, charming and engaging. He needs a raise!

The hotel was very old. I did like it had some other options rather than the casino for activities. The rooms are very outdated and beds very uncomfortable. Upgraded to VIP status and the only thing changed was a better view. I would have preferred a more comfortable bed.

When you walk in this hotel there is an overpowering stench of cigarette smoke. The food court has limited options. We choose Fuddruckers for a 1/2 pound burger . I ordered to go and when we got into ourroom to eat , the burger was very under cooked and not edible . The beds were uncomfortable and had no cushion . There are no blankets or comforter bedding, only sheets and a thin throwblanket in between that smelled like bleach? We were woken up to a knock at the door @9;00 to let us know checkout was in an hour . Which we were informed at check in the time was 11:00am .. Nether the less we will never stay at this location in the future

Many options here!
The Orleans has so many things at the hotel. They have various restaurants and a good court. They have a movie theater, arcade, and an indoor playground for younger kids. There is a coffee shop which is very convenient. The self check in/out is great! Very easy to use. Security here is great. I felt safe here. There is ample parking.
