I liked the amenities such the pool and gym which were all easy to access. The hotel was clean with nice staff. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was great which was about 15 minutes away from the strip.

When I walked in about 11 p.m. to check in, I went to the front desk. I said hello, and without looking up, the front desk gentleman said, "ID and credit card." I said, "A hello would have been nice." Then he looked up, confused. We proceeded to check in. There was an error on my reservation. He was GREAT at fixing the reservation to accommodate my needs. We reserved two rooms. One room smelled of smoke and had some cover-up fragrance to mask the smell; the other was missing items. In the morning, I was in the shower and found no shower gel or shampoo. When we left for the day, I stopped by the front desk and asked for two hand towels, washcloths, shower gel, and shampoo. The front desk person stated all towels, etc., were in the laundry, and they couldn't bring any. (10 am). I asked when they were ready to get them to the room. Fast forward to the following morning. I was in the shower again, and there was NO SHAMPOO or SHOWER GEL. Plus, they didn't bring the requested towels/washcloths—two days in a row. I did like having access to the tiny refrigerator and microwave. Plus, if you like softer bed mattresses, my room had one. Note: This hotel is about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic to Excalibur Hotel. Would I stay again? My husband is a defiant "NO." I may give them a chance. They were cheaper than most hotels and are a step up from Motel 6!

Toilet was broken. Staff was rude. Had to change my own bedding when an accident occurred on the bed. Floor was dirty and smelled like urine. Abandoned vehicle in parking lot. Called to check out twice but said I never did even after speaking to someone. No one ever answered phone…Had to walk to front desk with 3 young kids to get assistance since no one ever answered phone. Refused reimbursement after I checked out early because of my experience.

The stay was good, but there was an issue involving the price of the room. On arrival, I was informed that the hotel's reservation system was malfunctioning. The Hotel's.com price for the room was not honored, and instead I was charged a different amount that was substantially higher than the expected rate. No explanation was given for the rate change.

No dining options at all. No breakfast, only coffee in the morning. No one ever answers the phone. No cleaning services except by request. I tried calling multiple times to request more coffee pods but could never reach anyone. The place seemed fairly deserted. The room was clean and fine, nothing special, but totally fine. Unfortunately it was much farther away from my convention than I realized so it was inconvenient to drive back and forth each day, but that was my fault for not realizing it.

Our stay was great. We were able to check-in earlier for a fee. Staff was nice. Our bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave, and a small fridge. There's a small laundry room that we didn't use but smelled bad when we walked by. Overall I would stay there again.
